This was a W.I.P for over a year now, the lineart was already done when I re-opened the file yesterday, I was completing it since then :] This is Arrow for obvious reasons, he's my new OC I hope to be doing more of him soon, btw he is GAY so this means... YAOI FANGIRLING IN THE MAKING!
